Mr. Al-Khayyat is a well-known entrepreneur and a proven leader that bring a wealth of experience in operations, risk management, and development.
Mr. Al-Khayyat is the co-founder and Group Vice President to “Power International Holding” a conglomerate of Real Estate Development and investment, industrial, F&B, Retail, Dairy farming, and service firms.
Mr. Al-Khayyat is also a co-founder, Deputy Chairman, and Managing Director of Urbacon Trading & Contracting (UCC). UCC has become a synonym for vision, creativity, expertise, Quality, and delivery. UCC has successfully delivered some the most prestigious, visionary, and technically challenging projects and developments in Qatar, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
Board Member / Independent
Dr. Adnan is an Independent Board Member of Power International Holding, Assets Real Estate Development co. and Baladna co. – Qatar. In addition, he is an Independent Board Member of Arab Jordan Investment Bank and Palestine Investment Bank as well.
He is also an Executive Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Salam International Investment Limited and Advisor & Secretary to the Board of Directors of Salam Bounian Development. Dr. Steitieh has held several managerial and leadership positions in different companies and countries.
In addition, Dr. Adnan is an International Arbitrator accredited by Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration, an assistant Professor at the College of Management & Economics - Qatar University and a member of Award Committee of Social Responsibility.
Dr. Steitieh holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management and Economics from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management – Germany and a bachelor’s degree in Law & Political Sciences from Arab University of Beirut – Lebanon in addition to various Diplomas and other advanced qualifications in International Relations, Sustainable Development, Reserve Management and Public Policy.
Dr. Steitieh has cumulative operational experience of ca. 40 years.

Mr. Shem Krey brings a full range of Executive Leadership Skills in Real Estate Design, Development and Project Management to the Development and Construction field with 40 years of experience in the USA, Europe and the Gulf Region.
Mr. Krey has held the Executive Director position at diverse International Companies including John Buck International, a joint venture with Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, and Deputy CEO at Qatar Project Management in Doha. He has also worked for International Developer Hines, a Company in operation for more than 50 years and spanning 17 countries. Mr. Krey has directed numerous landmark Projects with Tishman Speyer Properties in Berlin and Europe, Maguire Thomas Properties in Los Angeles, and Metropolitan Structures in Los Angeles and Chicago.

Group CFO having joined the organisation in 2014. A Chartered Accountant from the UK with 25 years of experience having worked across international markets including Africa, Australia, England and the Middle East. He has gained extensive experience working from SME to Multinational Corporations including Publicly Listed Corporate managing the finance and business functions of complex and diverse matrix organisations.
He has extensive knowledge of international financial, regulatory and legislative compliance and provides strategic and operational executive leadership that successfully develops sustainable outcomes contributing to growth , profitability and stability of the business.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. El Zeftawy has more than 23 years of extensive regional and global HR experience in Multinationals, Semi Government and Family owned business environment.
He started his career in Egypt and in Milan, Italy with the Italian oil and gas giant, ENI. Then he joined the American project management company, Bechtel International in Egypt & UK. His Gulf experience started with Borouge (Abu Dhabi Polymers Company) and then joined the Abu Dhabi conglomerate "Al Jaber Group" before joining Power International Holding.
Chief Information Officer
As the Group Chief Information Officer, Dr. Jaouad defines and leads the Group information and technology strategy to ensure that Power International Holding continues to deliver excellence and stays ahead of the operational and technical curves for the good of our customers.
Dr. Jaouad spent his professional life defining and innovating in technology to create the business advantage for oil and gas, digital media, 3D computer animation, automotive, aerospace, biosciences, manufacturing and construction industries.

Also providing leadership for purchasing Departments and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance within all Projects Operational Procedure. Responsible in sourcing best quality & best price. Find alternatives & sourcing to support the Projects.
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Anas Ghazi obtained a BA in Law in 1995 & has an LL.M. in International legal Studies with distinction from UK.
Over the last three decades he acquired extensive practice experience in several jurisdictions, primarily in relation to corporate and commercial matters. His international background and experience give him a global perspective and an ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment and to collaborate with other professionals in this regard.
He represented private investors, corporate clients and leading financial institutions in relation to investment, private and commercial real estate transactions and tourism development projects. He has advised on a number of major transactions which include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and the provision of development financing for significant investment projects.
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Ziad Aljazaerly, a Civil Engineer since 1976. He held several positions and responsibilities in Syria ,KSA & Qatar with total 41 years of field experience in different projects in university & water pipe lines and electrical overhead lines and transportation along with engineering consulting office.
He currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Internal Auditor since he joined Power International Holding.
Business Development Director
Twenty-three years of extensive and successful experience as an executive director,initiating growth policies as a Senior Executive.

Supported by a large team of multitalented designers, programmers and production staff, Mr. Idilbi has pioneered the creative aesthetic of over 40 corporate brands and various hospitality and food and beverage outlets.
Risk and Insurance Director
Vastly knowledgeable of insurance rules and regulations and classes of insurance. Highly organized and efficient. Extremely capable manager and leader. Proficient in all phases of organizing and coordinating projects, meeting deadlines and budgets. Influenced the local insurance market by introducing several new insurance products which the market then followed.
Effectively managed, negotiated and settled several high profile insurance claims with local and international insurance carriers on behalf of Clients.
Group Finance Director
Saifullah Khan, Group Finance Director joined the Group in September 2014. He holds the degree in MBA finance and Certified Public Accountant.
Having the exceptional experience of more than 16 Years in the field of accounts, finance, audit and budgetary analysis of leading corporate entities.
More than 12 years of Finance and audit experience in multinational and local holding companies. He held several positions and responsibilities in Egypt and Qatar.
Mr. Sameh is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful Finance Manager and he has joined PIH.
